These terms apply when you call Palm Pool Connect or submit the Palm Pool Connect pool-service request form.
Palm Pool Connect is an independently owned pool-service request website. It is not a pool contractor, directory, marketplace, insurer, or regulator and does not employ pool technicians. It does not claim a Palm Beach County office, crew, route, project history, license, or current contractor relationship.
By checking the consent box and submitting, you agree that Palm Pool Connect may contact you about the request and may share it with one independent pool company. That consent does not cover unrelated marketing, multiple companies, prerecorded calls, or automated marketing texts. Submission does not create an appointment.
Any pool company is responsible for its own evaluation, credentials, insurance, proposal, agreement, price, schedule, work, safety, and communication. Palm Pool Connect does not guarantee a response, quote, availability, acceptance, workmanship, or outcome and is not a party to a later service agreement unless expressly stated in writing.
